We are a not for profit organisation. We strive to balance our books each year and look to make a modest surplus of income over expenditure so that we have a small reserve in the Bank for unexpected expenses from time to time (e.g. Covid pandemic).
We align our membership calendar with the TTE (Table Tennis England) year – 1st August to 31st July.
All our members MUST register themselves with Table Tennis England. You can do it via this link.
This is an Insurance requirement. During the TTE registration process members must link themselves to both the Petersfield Club and the Haslemere League.
Recreational/Social players may register as "Club Play" members – this is currently free, but TTE will be introducing a fee for this level of membership next year 2022/23.
Those wishing to participate in competitive play (Local League/Tournaments etc.) as and when they happen must register as "Compete" players. This currently costs £16 for Adults and £8 for Juniors (Under 18).
Those wishing to play at National or Grand Prix events must register as "Compete Plus" players.
Post Covid (from August 2021) we have simplified our Club Annual Membership Fee structure as follows:
Please Note – Payment is only accepted by Monthly Bank transfer/Standing Order. We no longer accept cash or cheques. We ask for payments to be made on the 1st working day of each month (or as close as possible).
There are no other costs. No session fees. No match fees. Just one small monthly payment covers everything.*
* NB: Some of the Haslemere run Tournaments and Competitions do have entry fees.
